- Facade aluminum glass surfaces: Large windows made of thermo-broken aluminum profiles with safety (laminated or tempered) glass - perfect for displaying vehicles and letting natural light into the salon.
- Entrance ALU door: Precisely integrated with the facade system, flush with the window, with a decorative green portal in accordance with the Škoda brand.
- Side and service doors: Aluminum doors for access to the service area, with additional glass panels for lighting and visibility.
- ALU windows in the service part of the facility: Windows with a combination of fixed and opening sashes, providing light and ventilation in the workshop area.

- Multi-chamber profiles with thermal insulating glass, which ensure energy efficiency, good sound insulation and a long service life. Windows are installed in a rhythmic facade network, with blinds or preparation for external protection where provided.
- Aluminum joinery in the business area (ground floor):
- Shop windows and entrance doors are made of aluminum profiles with thermal breaks and safety glass. Larger premises (drugstores, markets) have automatic sliding doors, while smaller ones are equipped with standard ALU systems, all in accordance with tenants' requirements and brand standards.
- Visually coordinated dark ALU profiles:
- The aluminum carpentry on the ground floor is coordinated with the dark facade coverings, thus achieving an elegant and uniform aesthetic of the building, especially in the area of commercial contents.
